Which nide pic sites are legal?

I have an eye for art. And i believe that the most beutiful creation in nature is the young nude woman. for years i've been on a site that featured tastful young nude woman pics. They were taken by Japanese photograhers like Shoken Takahashi (my personal fav) and Garo Aida. The pics consists for young nude European women, mostly from Russia and Denmark. The photo series themselves are called the "Black Cat Series". I think the most famous model is Christine De Medici from Denmark (model used by Takahashi) However my fav, or the one i'm madly in love with is Dana (last name unknown) from Estonia, (again a Takahasi model) However there seems to be a rumour about these models used by these photographers were underage at the time of the shoot. I don't believe it myself. I've been visiting sites with these pics for years and have never had any kind of leagel trouble. I went to one of thier site, but i'll try to keep it descreet by not revealing the name of the site, because i'm not sure if links are aloud but here's what they said about the legality of the pics:
"The contents inside are young woman of all ages. No Explicit Sexual Content.
If you are offended by Nudity, or looking for Pornography please exit below.
All images comply with all applicable federal laws concerning image content.
U.S. Code (U.S.C.Title 18, Part 1, Ch110, Sect 2256)

But when i went to a adult pic sharing board, i was sharing pics of Dana and now it's being flagged for review. Do yall think there's anything to worry about?
